Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

How much does bookkeeping cost?

Most clients pay a flat monthly fee based on transaction volume, number of accounts, and reporting needs. You receive a written quote after the free consultation, so there are no hourly surprises.

Do you work with clients outside Georgia?

Yes. Our work is cloud-based through QuickBooks Online and secure document sharing, so we serve clients anywhere in the United States. Local clients in Gwinnett County and metro Atlanta are welcome to meet in person.

Do you prepare tax returns?

Yedan Financial Group focuses on bookkeeping, reporting, and accounting support. We deliver clean, tax-ready books and coordinate directly with your tax preparer or CPA so filing season is smooth.

My books are a mess. Can you still help?

Absolutely. Catch-up and cleanup work is one of our most common starting points. We bring your records current, reconcile every account, and then move you onto a steady monthly schedule.

What experience do you have with nonprofits and grants?

Our founder has managed fiscal operations for state-funded nonprofit programs, including grant budgeting, restricted fund tracking, expense documentation, board reporting, and audit support. We understand what funders and auditors expect to see.

Which software do you use?

We work primarily in QuickBooks Online and can support related tools such as Bill.com, Gusto, and Smartsheet. If you use a different system, ask us during the consultation.
